Abstract
مقدمه: بر طبق شواهد در بسیاری از کشورها، پرستاران حتي با مدارج تحصيلی بالا در مورد مباحث اخلاقي توانايي ابراز عقيده نداشته يا به نحوي كنار گذاشته ميشوند. اين مطالعه به منظور تعيين توانايي استدلال اخلاقي دانشجويان كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري و عوامل مؤثر بر آن صورت گرفت.
روش: اين مطالعه به روش توصيفي ـ همبستگي روي 236 دانشجوي كارشناسي ارشد پرستاري در دانشگاههاي علوم پزشكي تهران در سال 1391 انجام شد. نمونهها با روش سرشماري انتخاب شدند. از پرسشنامه تعيين سطح توانايي استدلال اخلاقي كه بر مبناي تئوري Kohlberg طراحي شده استفاده گرديد.
يافتهها: در اين مطالعه، 27 دانشجو (11/3 درصد) در سطح پيش عرفي، 68 دانشجو (28/7درصد) در سطح عرفي، 112 دانشجو (47/8 درصد) در سطح ﭘﺲﻋﺮﻓﻲ و 29 ﻧﻔﺮ (12/1 درصد) در سطح ملاحظات باليني قرار داشتند. همچنين بين سابقه كار با سطح توانايي استدلال اخلاقي دانشجویان رابطه آماري معنيدار معكوسي وجود داشت.
نتيجهگيري: نتايج اين مطالعه نشان داد اگرچه حدود نيمي از دانشجويان در سطح پس عرفي قرار دارند، ولي هنوز تعداد قابل توجهي از آنان در سطوح پايينتر توانايي استدلال اخلاقي هستند. اين امر نشاندهنده لزوم توجه بيشتر مسؤولين برنامهريزي دروس پرستاري به پرورش توانايي استدلال اخلاقي دانشجويان پرستاري است.
