بررسی میزان آگاهانه‌بودن تصمیم زنان باردار در مورد نحوه انتخاب زایمان

Abstract

یکی از مهم‌ترین اصول اخلاق پزشكي محترم‌شمردن استقلال و خودآیینی است. که بر اساس شأن انسانی و رعایت حریم و تکریم افراد بنا شده است. بنابراین یک زن باردار حق دارد شیوه زایمانش را به دلخواه خود انتخاب کند. برخی از مادران به دلیل نداشتن آگاهی و برخی دیگر علیرغم توصیه‌ برای زایمان طبیعی به سزارین تمایل دارند. با توجه به میزان نسبتا بالای سزارین و نیز با عنایت به اهمیت تصمیم‌گیری مبتنی بر آگاهی، این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی میزان آگاهانه‌‌بودن تصمیم این گروه از زنان درباره شیوع زایمانشان انجام گرفت.

مطالعه به صورت توصیفی با نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای بر روی زنان باردار مراجعه‌کننده به مراکز بهداشتی درمانی منتخب شهر تهران انجام گرفت. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها پرسشنامه‌ای مشتمل بر اطلاعات دموگرافیک، نوع روش انتخابی زایمان و آگاهی در مورد آن بود. از 154 زن باردار، 31% (48 نفر) قصد زایمان سزارین داشتند، ولی این آمار هنگام زایمان به 54/5 درصد (84 نفر) رسید. 58/3 درصد زنانی که قصد زایمان سزارین داشتند اذعان داشتند که به علت بیشتر‌بودن درد زایمان طبیعی و ترس از درد، این روش را انتخاب نموده‌اند، یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که در بسیاری از موارد اطلاع درستی در مورد عوارض سزارین وجود ندارد. زنان باردار اگرچه در مورد نوع زایمان حق انتخاب دارند، اما این انتخاب باید آگاهانه و مبتنی بر اطلاعات باشد.

 به نظر می‌رسد ارائه آموزش‌های مستمر به ویژه در سنین پائین‌تر جهت دختران نوجوان می‌تواند در افزایش آگاهی و عملکرد آن‌ها در زمان بارداری مؤثر واقع شود.
