ارتباط دیسترس اخلاقی و توانمندی محیطی در پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمان

Abstract

دیسترسی اخلاقی یکی از مسائل اخلاقی شایع در حرفه بهداشتی است که می‌تواند عواقب متفاوتی را برای پرستاران به دنبال داشته باشد. یکی از مسائلی که می‌تواند بر شدت این پدیده و همچنین واکنش پرستاران نسبت به آن تأثیر داشته باشد توانمندی آن‌ها در محیط‌های کاری است، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین دیسترس اخلاقی و توانمندی محیطی در پرستاران صورت گرفته است. واحدهای مورد پژوهش 300 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستان‌های آموزشی شهر کرمان بودند که به روش سهمیه‌ای و مطابق با معیارهای ورود انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده پرسشنامه 21 سؤالی دیسترس اخلاقی کورلی و پرسشنامه 30 سؤالی توانمندی محیطی راندولف و بلانچارد بود. داده‌ها پس از جمع‌آوری توسط نرم‌افزار Spss 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته و از آزمون‌های آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی استفاده شد. نتایج حاکی از وجود ارتباط معنی‌دار معکوسی بین شدت و تکرار دیسترس اخلاقی و توانمندی محیطی در پرستاران بوده است (0/05>P). میانگین شدت دیسترس اخلاقی 3 (دامنه5-0) و میانگین تکرار دیسترس اخلاقی 44/2 (دامنه 5-0) بوده است. میانگین توانمندی محیطی پرستاران نیز 4/65 (دامنه 7-1) محاسبه شده است. وجود ارتباط منفی معنی‌دار بین متغیرهای موجود

حاکی از آن است که با توانمندکردن هرچه بیشتر پرستاران در محیط‌های بالینی می‌توان دیسترس اخلاقی آن‌ها را کاهش داده و از بروز پیامدهای ناخوشایند آن جلوگیری نمود. این خود لزوم توجه به امر برنامه‌ریزی در زمینه توانمندسازی هرچه بیشتر پرستاران در محیط‌های بالینی را آشکار می‌سازد.
