Abstract
The United Nations has launched the Decade of Healthy Ageing 2021-30, a global collaborative movement and project led by the World Health Organization (WHO) that brings together governments, civil society, international agencies, professionals, academia, the media and the private sector to improve the lives of older people, their families and the communities in which they live. Adopting healthy lifestyles and the concept of healthy ageing is an appropriate solution to reduce the problems of older people and a significant goal for older people, health professionals and society.
