Results: The results showed that the moral atmosphere has a positive and significant effect on the moral awareness of the administrative staff in the health field. In addition to the fact that the various components of the moral atmosphere (teamwork, friendship, organization's interests, rules and procedures, moral atmosphere and personal ethics have a positive and meaningful effect on the moral awareness of administrative employees), but the benefit itself has a negative and significant impact on the moral awareness of employees.

Conclusion: According to the results of this study, strengthening the moral atmosphere towards team and collaborative approaches and paying attention to laws and regulations can increase moral awareness and then moral performance (r=0.801, P=0.001). Therefore, planning to improve the moral environment is essential.
