In Islamic texts spirituality and patient transcendence is important than nursing view because during of illness patient is under God’s attention and have the best opportunity for transcendences. In Islam patient must be respected because the God created human being. In Kantian view that is dominant philosophy in nursing ethics, patient must be respect due to human authority. In this view spirituality will important if the patient wants it.
