شوخی و بازبینی نقش آن در بهبود روابط پرستار ـ بيمار

چکیده
پرستاري به عنوان حرفهای استرسزا و طاقتفرسا شناخته میشود. پرستاران نقش مهمي در مراقبت از بيماران به عهده دارند و پريشانيهاي هيجاني قابل ملاحظهای را تجربه میکنند که منجر به تحريکپذيري، افسردگي، اختلالات بدني، اختلالات خواب و فرسودگي در آنها میشود. با توجه به اهميت بررسي متغيرهاي تأثیرگذار بر افزايش بهزيستي پرستاران و ارتقاء روابط پرستار ـ بيمار، در اين مقاله ضمن مرور تاريخچه شوخي در روابط پرستار ـ بيمار به مزيتهاي شوخي در حوزه سلامت نيز پرداخته شده است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازبيني نقش شوخي در بهبود روابط پرستار ـ بيمار انجام شد.
پژوهش حاضر مطالعهای مروری است که اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی Science direct، Oxford journal، Springer، Sage، Taylor &، Francis، Google scholar جمعآوری شد. معیارهای اصلی جهت ورود، متون منتشرشده به زبان انگلیسی در محدوده سالهای 1980 تا 2013 میلادی بود. جهت جستجو از کليد واژههای nurse-patient relationship، humor، Nursing وHospital در عنوان متون استفاده گرديدکه طی آن تعداد 84 مقاله بازیابی شدند و مورد مرور قرار گرفتند.
نتايج تحقيق نشان داد شوخي نقش مهمي در بهبود روابط پرستار ـ بيمار دارد. شوخي به پرستاران کمک میکند تا با موقعيتهاي توانفرسا کنار بيايند، حسي از انسجام بين پرستاران و بيماران ايجاد میکند و میتواند به عنوان يک تکنيک درماني مؤثر در کاهش افسردگي و اضطراب بيماران بکار رود. اين امر در نهايت بر خودکارآمدي پرستاران و احساس امنيت درکشده توسط بيمار اثرات مطلوبي میگذارد.
يافتههاي اين مطالعه حاکي از اهميت شوخي در بهبود روابط پرستار ـ بيمار و لزوم توجه به شوخي در آموزش پرستاران به عنوان اعضاي اصلي تيم مراقبت پزشکي میباشد.
