پیشبینی شادکامی دانشجویان براساس جو اخلاقی، استرس ادراکشده و عزت نفس

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دوران دانشجویی، دورهای مهیج و پرچالش برای دانشجویان است. در طول این دوره كلیه دانشجویان به ویژه دانشجویان گروه علوم پزشكی به دلیل رویارویی با عوامل استرسزا و لزوم سازگاری مناسب باید از شادكامی بیشتری برخوردار باشند، لذا این مطالعه به پیشبینی شادکامی دانشجویان پرستاری و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم بر اساس جو اخلاقی بیمارستان، میزان استرس ادراکشده و عزت نفس پرداخته است.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش مطالعهای توصیفی ـ همبستگی است که در سال تحصیلی 98-1397 انجام گرفت. تعداد 316 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری و پیراپزشکی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی جهرم به روش سرشماری در آن شرکت نمودند. در این پژوهش از پرسشنامه بررسی جو اخلاقی بیمارستان Olson، مقیاس شادکامی Oxford، عزت نفس Rozenberg و مقیاس استرس ادراکشده Cohen استفاده شد. دادهها بعد از جمعآوری با استفاده از آمار توصیفی، آزمون پیرسون، اسپیرمن و رگرسیون خطی توسط نرمافزار SPSS 16 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها: در بررسی یافتهها بین جو اخلاقی بیمارستان (05/0p<، 151/0=r)، میزان استرس ادراکشده (001/0p<، 354/0-=r) و عزت نفس (001/0p<، 431/0=r) دانشجویان با میزان شادکامی آنها همسویی معناداری مشاهده گردید، به طوری که این سه متغیر توانستند 22 درصد از واریانس میزان شادکامی دانشجویان را پیشبینی نمایند (227/0=ADj.R2).
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش با رعایت اصول هلسینکی، کسب اجازه از مشارکتکنندگان و پس از تأیید کمیته اخلاق انجام گردید.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه و اینکه شادکامی اساس نظام بهزیستی همگانی را در جوامع تشکیل میدهد و با پیامدهای مثبت مانند سلامت جسمی و روانی، عملكرد مطلوب، تولید و كارآفرینی همراه است. بنابراین باید برنامهریزیهایی جهت بهبود جو اخلاقی بیمارستانها، آموزش راهبردهای مقابلهای با استرس و افزایش عزت نفس دانشجویان انجام گیرد تا از این طریق بتوان میزان شادکامی را در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی افزایش داد.
