ارتباط ﺟﻮ اخلاقي و تمايل به ترک حرفه در پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: جو اخلاقی قسمت مهمی از فرهنگ سازمانی است که بر حیطههای اخلاقی کارکنان سازمان و کیفیت کاری تأثیرگذار است. بهبود ﺟﻮ اخلاقی در مراکز درمانی سبب رفتارهای بهتر پرستاران در برابر تنش اخلاقی، رضایتمندی حرفهایی و کاهش احتمال ترک حرفه شود. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی ارتباط بین جو اخلاقی و تمایل به ترک حرفه پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای ویژه بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در سال 1397 میباشد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر توصیفی ـ همبستگي از نوع مقطعي است كه در آن 495 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه مراكز آموزشي درماني دانشگاه علوم پزشكي مازندران در سال 1397 و به روش سرشماري انتخاب شدهاند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای مشخصات جمعیتشناختی، جو اخلاقی Olson و تمايل به ترک حرفه Hinshaw استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون به وسیله نرمافزارSPSS 20 تحلیل شد.
یافتهها: جو اخلاقی با میانگین 0/08±3/78، بیش از سطح میانگین بود و تمايل به ترک حرفه در پرستاران 0/39±2/93 به میزان کمتر از سطح میانگین بود که آزمون آماری اختلاف معنیداری را نشان داد (0/001>P). همچنین ارتباط مستقیم و معناداری بین آنها وجود داشت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح درباره اهداف مطالعه و اطمینان از محرمانهماندن اطلاعات، رضایت شفاهی آگاهانه مشارکتکنندگان کسب گردید.
نتیجهگیری: در راستای یافتهها مسؤولان خدمات پرستاری باید برای کاهش تمایل به ترک حرفه پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه به ارتقای جو اخلاقی مبادرت ورزند.
