مقایسه تأثیر آموزش اصول اخلاقی به دو شیوه روایتگری اخلاق و سخنرانی بر حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران

چکیده
جهت ارتقای حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران، آموزش مفاهیم اخلاقی جایگاه ویژهای دارد. بحث برای انتخاب مؤثرترین روش آموزش اخلاق همچنان ادامه دارد. این مطالعه با هدف مقایسه تأثیر آموزش اصول اخلاقی به دو شیوه روایتگری و سخنرانی بر حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران طراحی شده است. در این مطالعه 56 پرستار از دو بیمارستان آموزشی بیرجند شرکت داشتند. پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه حساسیت اخلاقی لاتزن در سه نوبت (قبل، بلافاصله و 3 ماه بعد) توسط پرستاران تکمیل شد. برنامه آموزشی شامل، 4 جلسه 3 ساعته آموزش اخلاق به فاصله هر یک هفته برای هر یک از گروههای سخنرانی (28 نفر) و روایتگری (28 نفر) بود. اطلاعات با نرمافزار SPSS 16 تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. دو روش روایتگری و سخنرانی به صورت معناداری حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران در هر گروه را نسبت به قبل از مداخله ارتقا دادند (به ترتیب P=0/01 ، P<0/001). بعد از مداخله علیرغم بیشتر بودن میانگین تغییرات نمره حساسیت اخلاقی گروه روایتگری، مقایسه دو گروه تفاوت آماری معناداری را نشان نداد. میانگین نمره حساسیت اخلاقی 3 ماه بعد از مداخله نسبت به بلافاصله بعد از آن در دو گروه، کاهش معنادار نشان داد (0/00=P). با عنایت به نتایج پژوهش، تلفیقی از دو روش میتواند منجر به نتایج مفید گردد. به علاوه با توجه به کاهش حساسیت اخلاقی پرستاران پس از گذشت سه ماه، لازم است تداوم آموزش جهت حفظ حساسیت اخلاقی آنان مدنظر قرار گیرد.
