عوامل مرتبط با خطرات ایمنی و سقوط در سالمندان تحت همودیالیز مراجعهکننده به بیمارستانهای تهران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سقوط شاخص مهمی برای سنجش ایمنی سالمندان میباشد. به منظور انجام مداخلات مؤثر و کاهش صدمات ناشی از سقوط در این سالمندان، لازم است میزان اهمیت عوامل خطرزا مشخص شود. مطالعه حاضر، با هدف بررسی عوامل مرتبط با خطرات ایمنی و سقوط در سالمندان تحت همودیالیز مراجعهکننده به بیمارستانهای تهران سال 1400 انجام شد.
روش: این پژوهش، یک مطالعه توصیفی است که بر روی 197 سالمندان تحت دیالیز مراجعهکننده به بیمارستانهای شهر تهران انجام شد. بیماران به شیوه نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار مورد بررسی شامل ویژگیهای دموگرافیک، ابزار خطر سقوط Tinetti بودند. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون U Mann-Whitney و Kruskal-Wallis از طریق نرمافزار SPSS 21 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: اهداف پژوهش برای مشارکتکنندگان توضیح و به آنها در خصوص حفظ محرمانگی دادهها اطمینان داده شد، سپس رضایت آگاهانه افراد نمونه جهت شرکت در طرح دریافت شد.
یافتهها: میانگین سن افراد 12/8±02/70 و خطر سقوط (3/57 درصد) و در حد بالا بود. خطر سقوط با متغیرهای دموگرافیک سن، تحصیلات، وضعیت تأهل و وضعیت زندگی ارتباط معناداری دیده شد (05/0>P). بین متغیرهای بالینی نظیر سابقه دیالیز، تعداد داروهای مصرفی و دفعات سقوط با خطر سقوط نیز ارتباط معناداری وجود داشت (05/0>P). علاوه براین جنس، وضعیت درآمد نسبت به هزینه و نیز وجود بیماریهای زمینهای با خطر سقوط رابطه معناداری نداشتند (05/0P>).
نتیجهگیری: مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که فراوانی خطر سقوط در سالمندان در سطح قابل توجهی بالا بوده است. اکثریت سالمندان تحت همودیالیز عوامل خطر متعددی برای سقوط دارند که نیاز است در ارزیابی سلامت این سالمندان توسط پرستاران مورد توجه و بررسی قرار گیرند. از سوی دیگر با شناخت بیشتر و دقیق عوامل مؤثر بر احتمال سقوط در سالمندان تحت همودیالیز میباشند، میتوان با اقدامات پیشگیرانه احتمال سقوط آنان در آنان را كاهش داده و بدینوسیله موجبات افزایش كیفیت زندگی و طول عمر آنان فراهم نمود.
