ملاحظات اخلاقی در پژوهشهای مرتبط با خشونت خانگی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: خشونت عليه زنان يکی از دلايل جدی ناتوانی و مرگ زنان محسوب میشود که از شيوع بالايی برخوردار است. خشونت عليه زنان از نظر اخلاقی يک موضوع تحقيقاتی حساس به شمار میرود، چراکه میتواند افراد درگير در تحقيق اعم از محققان و مشارکتکنندگان را در معرض آسیبهای جسمی، روانی، اجتماعی و اقتصادی قرار دهد. اين مطالعه با هدف تعیین ملاحظات اخلاقی در پژوهشهای مرتبط با خشونت خانگی انجام شده است.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه مروری است. برای دستیابی به متون و مقالات مرتبط از کتب و جستجوی هدفمند پایگاههای داده داخلی و خارجی استفاده شد، سپس متون به دستآمده بر اساس اصول چهارگانه اخلاق زیست پزشکی تحلیل شدند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: قواعد اخلاقی از جمله صداقت و امانتداری در تحلیل و گزارش متون جستجوشده و استناددهی به منابع مورد استفاده رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: يافتهها نشان داد افشای اطلاعات در فرآیند رضایت آگاهانه، تضمين ايمنی و محرمانگی، کاهش آسيب به مشارکتکنندگان و گروه تحقيق، تضمين صحت علمی تحقيق و فراهمسازی حمايت از جمله نگرانیها و ملاحظات اخلاقی عمده در اين تحقيقات میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: پژوهشهای مرتبط با خشونت خانگی در صورتی از نظر اخلاقی، به خوبی قابل انجام هستند که چالشهای اخلاقی مرتبط از پيش شناسايی و راهکارهاي مناسبی برای اداره آنها به کار گرفته شود.
