کاربردها و چالش‌های اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی: یک مرور روایتی

چکیده

زمینه و هدف: ظهور هوش مصنوعی پتانسیل تغییر بنیادین در پارادایم‌های پزشکی را دارد، اما این تحول با چالش‌های اخلاقی و ساختاری پیچیده‌ای همراه است. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی کاربردهای کلیدی هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی و تحلیل چالش‌های اخلاقی ناشی از آن انجام شد.

روش: مطالعه حاضر مروری روایتی به منظور شناسایی، بررسی و ترکیب شواهد موجود در مورد کاربردها و چالش‌های اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی انجام شد. جستجوی هدفمند در پایگاه‌های اطلاعاتی PubMed، Scopus، SID، Magiran و موتور جستجوی Google Scholar انجام شد. تمامی مقالات منتشرشده تا تاریخ ۳۰ اسفند ۱۴۰۴ (۲۰ مارس ۲۰۲۶ م.) مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.

ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مطالعه، اصول امانتداری علمی، استناد دقیق به منابع و رعایت حقوق مالکیت فکری در تمامی مراحل نگارش رعایت شد.

یافته‌ها: یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، کاربردها و چالش‌های اخلاقی هوش مصنوعی در علوم پزشکی را در دو محور اصلی طبقه‌بندی می‌کند: 1ـ کاربردهای بالینی و تحولات پارادایمی؛ 2ـ چالش‌های ساختاری و اخلاقی.

نتیجه‌گیری: هوش مصنوعی می‌تواند تحول چشم‌گیری در پزشکی، از جمله پزشکی دقیق، جراحی هوشمند و کشف دارو ایجاد کند. با این حال، چالش‌هایی مانند سوگیری الگوریتمی، تهدید حریم خصوصی، مسئولیت‌پذیری حقوقی و کاهش مهارت‌های انسانی نیز وجود دارد. بنابراین بهره‌گیری مؤثر از این فناوری مستلزم رعایت اصول اخلاق زیستی، تقویت امنیت سایبری و اتخاذ رویکرد انسان‌محور است تا هوش مصنوعی به عنوان ابزاری مکمل برای ارتقای سلامت، نه عاملی برای ایجاد نابرابری یا خطاهای پزشکی، به کار گرفته شود.
