عفو و بازبيني نقش آن در رفتارهاي مراقبت گرايانه پرستاران و سلامت روانی ـ بدنی

چکیده
رعايت حقوق بيمار در عرصه خدمات سلامت، نقش مهمي در بهبود و تنظيم رابطه پرستار ـ بيمار ايفا ميکند و در مديريت نظام سلامت از اهميت بالايي برخوردار است. کيفيت مراقبت سلامت و بهبود خدمات، ويژگیهاي اصلي در تمايز بين سازمانهاي مراقبت بهداشتي هستند. پرستاران نقش مهمي در مراقبت از بيماران به عهده دارند. عفو، با حوزه پزشکی و پرستاری ارتباط دارد و دارای کاربردهای گوناگونی در سلامت و بهزیستی روانشناختی بیماران و پرستاران است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بازبینی نقش عفو در سلامت بدنی و روانی و تعاملات پرستار ـ بیمار انجام شد.
پژوهش حاضر مطالعهای مروری است که اطلاعات مورد نیاز آن از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی Science direct، Oxford journal، Springer، Sage، Taylor &، Francis، Google scholar جمعآوری شد. معیارهای اصلی جهت ورود، متون منتشرشده به زبان انگلیسی در محدوده سالهای 1980 تا 2013 میلادی بود. جهت جستجو از کلید واژههای Medical practice، Forgiveness، Nursing، Mental and physical health در عنوان متون استفاده گردید که طی آن تعداد 71 مقاله بازیابی شدند و مورد مرور قرار گرفتند.
نتایج تحقیق نشان داد عفو نقش مهمی در افزایش سلامت فیزیکی و روانی پرستاران و همچنین بهبود روابط پرستار ـ بیمار و تعامل با پزشکان در مراکز درمانی دارد. بیماران اغلب عدم عفو را درباره پزشکانی که تصمیمات و گاهی اشتباهات آنها
منجر به آسیبدیدن بیمار و رنج خانواده آنها میشود، نشان میدهند. بیمارانی که افراد متخلف را مورد عفو قرار میدهند، کاهش در میزان اضطراب، افسردگی و خشم را گزارش میدهند. همچنین عفو به حفظ سلامت روان مثبت آنها کمک کرده و عوامل خطرساز در ایجاد بیماریهای روانی مزمن را کاهش میدهد.
یافتههای این مطالعه حاکی از اهمیت نقش متغیر عفو در موقعیتهای بالینی، و لزوم توجه به این عامل در آموزش پرستاران به عنوان اعضای اصلی تیم مراقبتِ پزشکی میباشد.
