مداخلاتی برای افزایش درک رضایت آگاهانه در تحقیقات کمی: مروری بر مقالات

Abstract

مقدمه: رضایت و مشارکت آگاهانه موضوعات انسانی در پژوهش‌های بالینی، حتی زمانی که احتمال عوارض جانبی وجود ندارد، از اهمیت زیادی برخوردار است، چراکه رضایت آگاهانه شرکت‌کنندگان، رابطه سازنده بین محقق و مشارکت‌کننده را به ارمغان خواهد آورد. این امر به طور بالقوه، سبب افزایش ایمنی مطالعه و بهبود نتایج مطلوب آن گردیده و اثرات جانبی و احساس اجبار و ناراحتی شرکت‌کنندگان را به حداقل می‌رساند. این مطالعه با هدف شناسایی مؤثرترین روش‌های مداخله، جهت بهبود میزان درک شرکت‌کنندگان در پژوهش از رضایت آگاهانه، با جستجو در متون پایگاه‌های داده ده سال اخیر صورت گرفته است.

روش: پس از جستجوی هدفمند متون، مطالعات کارآزمایی بالینی، طولی و کارآزمائی‌های با گروه کنترل که حداقل یکی از گروه‌های کنترل شامل مداخله با روش استاندارد باشد، مرور و مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند.

یافته‌ها: از مجموع 15 مطالعه‌ای که معیار ورود به پژوهش را داشتند، در پنج مطالعه از فناوری‌های چندرسانه‌ای، در چهار مطالعه از فرم‌های بهبودیافته و یا تعدیل‌شده و در شش مطالعه از مداخلات آموزشی، بحث و بازخورد اصلاحی استفاده شده بود که از این تعداد به ترتیب چهار، دو و پنج مطالعه، بهبود معنی‌داری را در درک شرکت‌کنندگان مطالعه، گزارش داده بودند.

نتیجه‌گیری: می‌‌توان نتیجه گرفت، فرایند رضایت آگاهانه بر مبنای اصل اخلاقی اتونومی، زمانی ارزشمند است که پژوهشگر دلسوزانه، موضوعات انسانی را به سوی انتخاب آگاهانه و آزادانه هدایت نماید. برای این منظور آموزش و مشاوره رویاروی، همراه با اختصاص زمان و تعامل بیشتر، و استفاده از روش‌های چندرسانه‌ای به ویژه در بیماران دارای ظرفیت کم‌تر توصیه می‌گردد.
