ارزشهای اخلاقی پرستاری در دیدگاه پستمدرنیسم

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: ارزشهای اخلاقی پرستاران در دنیای پیچیده امروز، موضوع اخلاق را به امری حیاتی و حائز اهمیت تبدیل کرده است. این ارزشها برخاسته از رویکرد فلسفی پرستاران و متأثر از تفکر فلسفی غالب در هر بازه زمانی از تاریخ میباشد. با توجه به گذشت چند دهه از عصر پستمدرنیسم اثرات این تفکر بر ارزشهای اخلاقی در حرفه پرستاری باید به صورت جامع مورد بررسی قرار بگیرد، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی ارزشهای اخلاقی پرستاری در دیدگاه پستمدرنیسم انجام شد.
روش: این مطالعه مروری از نوع مرور حوزه (Scoping Review) میباشد که بر اساس پنج مرحله پیشنهادی توسط Arksey & O'Malley (2005 م.) انجام شد. جستجو در پایگاههای اطلاعاتی Magiran، SID، Pubmed و Web of Science و موتور جستجوی Google Scholar در بازه زمانی سال 2000 تا 2021، با ترکیبی از واژگان کلیدی اخلاق، ارزشهای اخلاقی، اخلاق پرستاری، پستمدرن، پستمدرنیسم، پرستاری، Nursing، Ethics، Ethical Value، Nursing Ethics، Postmodern و Postmodernism منطبق بر MeSH انجام شد. از 170 عنوان به دستآمده بر اساس معیارهای ورود و خروج و طی دو مرحله بازبینی (ابتدا عنوان و چکیده و سپس متن کامل مقاله) در نهایت 9 مقاله وارد مطالعه شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: صداقت و امانتداری در تحلیل، گزارش متون و استناددهی رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: مقالات مورد استفاده به زبان انگلیسی و به روش کیفی، تحلیل روایتی و مطالعات موردی بودند. تمرکز مطالعات حاضر بر موضوعاتی چون روایت رابطهای و ماهیت آن، ارزشهای اخلاقی و نحوه تصمیمگیری بر اساس این ارزشها بود. بنابراین یافتههای مطالعه حاضر به دو دسته «نقش مبنایی روایت رابطهای در اخلاق پستمدرنیسم و اثرات آن» و «تصمیمگیری و ارزشهای اخلاقی پرستاری در پستمدرنیسم در مقایسه با دیدگاههای پیشین با تأکید بر اثباتگرایی» تقسیم شد.
نتیجهگیری: ارزشهای اخلاقی مبتنی بر دیدگاه پستمدرنیسم بر در نظرگرفتن هر مددجو در زمینه فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی خاص خود، حفظ اتونومی مددجو، پرورش دیدگاه کلنگر در پرستار، دوری از تبعیض در امر مراقبت و ارائه مراقبتی انساندوستانه و همدلانه توسط پرستار تأکید دارد.
