چکیده
زمینه و هدف: دیسترس اخلاقی از موضوعات حائز اهمیت در حیطه اخلاق پزشکی بوده که میتواند اثرات متفاوتی را بر پرستاران، بیماران و همچنین سیستمهای بهداشتی داشته باشد. با توجه به اینکه یکی از پیامدهای دیسترس اخلاقی، استرس حرفهای است، لذا این مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین رابطه دیسترس اخلاقی و استرس حرفهای پرستاران دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در مراقبت از بیماران کووید-۱۹ انجام گرفت.
روش: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ همبستگی حاضر با حجم نمونه 265 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای کووید-۱۹ در بیمارستانهای دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تهران در سال 1400 انجام شده است. نمونهگیری به صورت طبقهای و روش تصادفی ساده انجام یافت. دادهها با استفاده از پرسشنامه دموگرافیک، دیسترس اخلاقی Corley و استرس حرفهای Wolfgang جمعآوری و با نرمافزار SPSS 16 با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری توصیفی (درصد، فراوانی، میانگین، انحراف معیار) و استنباطی (ضریب همبستگی پیرسون) تجزیه و تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش موازین مرتبط با اصول اخلاقی همچون محرمانهبودن، رضایت شخصی و آزادبودن شرکتکنندگان در همکاری و یا عدم همکاری در روند پژوهش، رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد که دیسترس اخلاقی با میانگین انحراف معیار 32/26±52/99 در سطح کم تا متوسط قرار دارند. همچنین میانگین و انحراف معیار استرس حرفهای 40/10±32/80 در سطح زیاد قرار دارند. علاوه بر این نتایج نشان داد استرس حرفهای با دیسترس اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در بخشهای کووید-19 ارتباط دارد (001/0> ,416/0=r).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج به دستآمده، پیشنهاد میشود تا مدیران پرستاری راهکارهایی را برای از عهدهبرایی دیسترس اخلاقی توسط پرستاران در نظر بگیرند تا استرس شغلی کمتری را تجربه کنند.
