Abstract
زمینه: دانشجویان علوم پزشکی باید از عقاید و نگرش شخصی خود آگاه باشند زیرا رفتارهای حرفه ای، اکتسابی و آموختنی می باشد. این موضوع از این نظر مهم است که دانشجویان علوم پزشکی ارائه دهندگان خدمات بهداشتی درمانی در آینده هستند و ضروری است که نگرش حرفه ای نسبت به مسائل پزشکی به خصوص سقط جنین داشته باشند. هدف از این پژوهش تعیین نگرش دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان به سقط جنین می باشد.
روش: این پژوهش توصيفي - تحليلي 244 نفر از دانشجويان علوم پزشکی در سال 1389 به روش تصادفي وارد مطالعه شدند. جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق
پرسشنامه ای که روا و پایایی آن تایید شد، صورت گرفت. متغیرهای رشته، قومیت، وضعیت تاهل مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آمار توصيفي و تحليلي انجام شد.
نتایج: با توجه به نتایج پژوهش حاضر میانگین سنی نمونه های پژوهش 20/45 سال (3/03=SD) بود. 59/4% (145نفر) مونث، 91/4% (223نفر) مجرد و نمونه های مورد بررسی 50/4% (123نفر) فارس، 36.1% (88 نفر) ترکمن و 13.5% (33 نفر) از سایر قومیت ها بودند. نتایج آزمون من ویتنی نشان داد بین جنسیت با میانگین نمره کل نگرش دانشجویان علوم پزشکی نسبت به سقط از نظر آماری ارتباط معنی داری وجود دارد (0/003=p) به طوری که میانگین نمره کل نگرش دانشجویان دختر نسبت به سقط 3/33 (0/56=SD) و در پسران 3/07 (0/68=SD) بود.
نتیجه گیری: اگر چه در این پژوهش نگرش مثبت به سقط اندک بوده است اما از داده های پژوهش حاضر نمی توان قضاوت ارزشی کرد. چرا که متغیرها نشان دادند که جنسیت تاثیرگذار می باشد. تا زمانی که چهارچوب و قواعد از پیش تعیین شده ای در حرفه نداشته باشیم قضاوت های اخلاق شخصی در نحوه تصمیم گیری اثر گذار می باشد.
