تدوین مدل اخلاق حرفهای بر اساس شکوفایی و خودکارآمدی در مشاوران و روانشناسان: نقش تعدیلگر مقبولیت اجتماعی و عوامل جمعیتشناختی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش مهم متخصصان بهداشت روان در ارتقای سلامت روانشناختی در جامعه، رعایت اخلاق حرفهای از سوی این متخصصان اهمیت ویژهای دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف الگویابی و تدوین مدل اخلاق حرفهای در مشاوران و روانشناسان انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: این پژوهش توصیفی ـ همبستگی با استفاده از روشهای مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری انجام شد. نمونهای متشكل از 400 نفر از روانشناسان و مشاوران از طریق فراخوان آنلاین، به مقیاسهای استاندارد اخلاق حرفهای (Cadozier)، خودكارآمدی عمومی (Schwarzer Jerusalem -)، شكوفایی (Diener) و فرم کوتاه مقبولیت اجتماعی (Marlowe - Crowne) پاسخ دادند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از طریق روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS 24 وAMOS 24 انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج معادلات ساختاری نشان داد مدل روابط بین خودکارآمدی، شکوفایی و اخلاق حرفهای از برازش مناسبی برخوردار است و اندازه اثر شکوفایی و خودکارآمدی بر اخلاق حرفهای به میزان 62% است (P<0/001). بر اساس نتایج، سطوح بالاتر خودكارآمدی و شكوفایی پیشبینیكننده سطح بالاتری از اخلاق حرفهای است، همینطور مقبولیت اجتماعی در این رابطه نقش تعدیلگر را داشت. نقش سن، جنسیت، تأهل، رشته تحصیلی و سنوات شغلی درتعدیل این رابطه تأیید نشد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: درباره اهداف پژوهش و محرمانگی اطلاعات به شرکتکنندگان توضیح داده شد و رضایت آگاهانه به صورت کتبی اخذ گردید.
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه نشان داد شكوفایی و خودكارآمدی نقش مؤثری در اخلاق حرفهای مشاوران و روانشناسان دارند و به منظور ارتقای اخلاق حرفهای مشاوران و روانشناسان در كنار آموزش اخلاق حرفهای، این عوامل باید مورد نظر قرار بگیرد.
