رفتارهای نامحترمانه در محیطهای درمانی از دیدگاه پرستاران بیمارستانهای شهر گناباد در سال 1395

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: رفتارهای نامحترمانه در محیطهای کاری یک تهدید جدی به شمار رفته و منجر به ایجاد شرم و به خطرانداختن سلامت پرستاران و بیماران میگردند. این رفتارها جو سازمانی را نیز به خطر میاندازند و در صورتی که به آنها توجه نشود، عواقب ناخوشایندی خواهند داشت. هدف از این مطالعه بررسی رفتارهای نامحترمانه در محیطهای درمانی از دیدگاه پرستاران بیمارستانهای شهر گناباد میباشد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی با شرکت 182 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستانهای شهر گناباد در سال ۱۳۹۵ انجام شد. دادهها از طریق پرسشنامه اطلاعات دموگرافیک و پرسشنامه استاندارد رفتارهای نامحترمانه پرستاری به روش سرشماری از بین پرستاران بخشهای اورژانس، جراحی، داخلی، زنان، اطفال، دیالیز، چشم و ENT، ICU، CCU و NICU جمعآوری شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها به کمک نرمافزار SPSS 20 و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای آماری تی مستقل، ANOVA و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون انجام گرفت. نتایج حاصل از آزمونهای آماری در سطح کمتر از 0/05 معنیدار لحاظ گردید.
یافتهها: یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که نمره کل رفتارهای نامحترمانه از دیدگاه پرستاران 2/30 از ۵ نمره لیکرت میباشد. بیشترین رفتار نامحترمانه در پرستاران در ارتباط و تعامل با پزشکان (0/91±2/84) و کمترین آن در تعامل پرستاران با سوپروایزر (0/83±1/97) مشاهده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح اهداف مطالعه و محرمانهماندن اطلاعات، رضایتنامه کتبی آگاهانه از شرکتکنندگان اخذ گردید.
نتیجهگیری: رفتارهای نامحترمانه در میان پرستاران بر کیفیت خدمات ارائهشده توسط پرستاران تأثیر دارد و میتواند منجر به فشارهای شغلی و عدم رضایت شغلی شود، لذا توجه به عواملی که منجر به رفتارهای نامحترمانه در محیط کار پرستاران شود، ضروری است.
