مقایسه استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان پرستاری و پرستاران شهرستان میبد در برخورد با معضلات اخلاقی

Abstract
زمینه و هدف: سیستم سلامت به پرستارانی نیاز دارد که در تصمیمگیری اخلاقی شرکت کرده و منجر به افزایش کیفیت ارائه خدمات در سیستم گردند. دانشجویان پرستاری نیازمند یادگیری مهارتهای آنالیز اخلاقی میباشند تا توانایی مواجه با معضلات اخلاقی پیشآمده در بالین را داشته باشند. این امر نیازمند توانمندی در زمینه استدلال اخلاقی است، لذا مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین استدلال اخلاقی در پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری میبد در مواجهه با معضلات اخلاقی طراحی گردید.
مواد و روشها:مطالعه حاضر از نوع توصیفی ـ مقطعی و نمونهگیری به شیوه سرشماری بر روی 134 نفر از دانشجویان پرستاری (66 نفر) و پرستاران (68 نفر) در شهرستان میبد در سال 1396 انجام شد. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها آزمون معضلات اخلاقی پرستاری (Nursing Dilemms Test) است. تجزیه تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری SPSS 18 صورت گرفت و آزمونهای متناسب شامل توصیفی و تحلیلی (پیرسون، آزمون مستقل و وابسته T-test) انجام شد.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره استدلال اخلاقی پرستاران (5/93±40/83) و دانشجویان پرستاری (6/8±46/64) از کل نمره 66 به دست آمد. میانگین نمره استدلال اخلاقی دانشجویان سال آخر تفاوت معناداری نسبت به سالهای پایینتر نداشت (P>0/05). بین سابقه کار پرستاران با میانگین نمره استدلال اخلاقی رابطه معناداری گزارش شد (P≤0/05). سایر ویژگیهای جمعیتشناختی پرستاران و دانشجویان پرستاری ارتباط معناداری با میانگین نمره استدلال اخلاقی نداشتند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی:در مورد اهداف پژوهش و محرمانهبودن اطلاعات به شرکتکنندگان توضیح داده شد و رضایت کتبی جهت شرکت در پژوهش گرفته شد.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای به دستآمده از مطالعه و لزوم برخورداری پرستاران از توانایی استدلال اخلاقی و توانمندی دانشجویان پرستاری در طول تحصیل نیاز به برنامهریزی آموزشی مناسب در کوریکولوم آموزشی دانشکدهها و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب و استراتژیهای خاص توسط مدیران و برنامه ریزان بیمارستان در این زمینه میباشد.
