ارائه مدل علی تمایل رفتار اخلاقی در استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در دانشجویان علوم پزشکی شیراز

Abstract

زمینه و هدف: همگام با گسترش فناوری اطلاعات، مسائل اخلاقی استفاده از فناوری نیز در حال افزایش است. هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائه مدل علی تمایل رفتاری اخلاقی در استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات در بین دانشجویان علوم پزشکی می‌باشد.

روش‌: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه مقطعی می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش را دانشجویان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی شیراز تشکیل می‌دادند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از روش نمونه‌گیری طبقه‌ای تصادفی و جدول کرجسی و مورگان استفاده شد (234 نفر). برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر مبنای پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه از طریق روایی محتوای و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ احراز گردید. برای بررسی فرضیه‌ها، از روش تحلیل مسیر با استفاده از نرم‌افزار آماری 8/50 LISREL استفاده شد.

ملاحظات اخلاقی: با بیان اهداف و شیوه اجرای پژوهش و اطمینان لازم در خصوص محرمانه‌بودن اطلاعات، رضایت شفاهی شرکت‌کنندگان جهت همکاری و شرکت در پژوهش کسب گردید.

یافته‌ها: سه متغیر خودکارآمدی اخلاق‌رایانه، درک از خطرپذیری و هنجار ذهنی بر تمایل به استفاده اخلاقی، تأثیر مستقیم داشتند که از این میان، خودکارآمدی اخلاق‌رایانه (0/38=r) بیشترین تأثیر را بر شدت نیاز داشت. همچنین متغیرهای خودکارآمدی اخلاق‌رایانه، درک از خطرپذیری و هنجار ذهنی بر تمایل به استفاده اخلاقی از طریق متغیرهای نگرش به استفاده اخلاقی و کنترل رفتار اخلاقی تأثیر غیر مستقیم داشتند.

نتیجه‌گیری: برای بهره‌مندی صحیح از مزایای فناوری اطلاعات، بدون تجربه رفتارهای غیر اخلاقی در محیط‌های علمی، نیاز به تمرکز بر ارتقای خودکارآمدی اخلاقی و تقویت انگیزه‌های اخلاقی دانشجویان در استفاده از فناوری اطلاعات و اقدامات پیشگیرانه اجتماعی و فنی می‌باشد.
