چکیده
یکی از متغیرهای مورد بحث در حوزه روانشناسی، هوش اخلاقی است. هوش اخلاقي ظرفيت و توانايي درك درست از غلط، داشتن اعتقادات اخلاقي قوي و عمل به آنها است. در این مقاله مروری ضمن معرفی هوش اخلاقی و اهمیت آن در زندگی روزمره، ابعاد آن به بحث گذاشته میشود. مؤلفههای هوش اخلاقی شامل درستکاری، مهرباني، مسؤولیتپذیری، بخشش، خدمت، احترام، قدرشناسی، آرامش و صلح است. مطالعه پیشینه نشان میدهد که پرداختن به مؤلفههای هوش اخلاقی در سطوح مختلف زندگی فردی و اجتماعی ضرورتی انکارناپذیر است و کیفیت ابعاد هوش اخلاقی میتواند به عنوان سازه اساسی و تأثیرگذار در تقویت جامعه سالم و اخلاقی مد نظر واقع شود.
