ارتباط سلامت معنوی با کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در بزرگسالان تهرانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: شواهد موجود، ارتباط سلامت معنوی با کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت را در افراد مبتلا به بیماریهای مزمن نشان دادهاند. پژوهش حاضر ازجمله اولین مطالعاتی است که با هدف بررسی ارتباط سلامت معنوی و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در جمعیت عمومی بزرگسال تهرانی در فاصله سالهای 95-1393 انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه مقطعی حاضر در چارچوب مطالعه قند و لیپید تهران بر روی بزرگسالانی که پرسشنامه جامع سنجش سلامت معنوی و همچنین مقیاس بومی کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت (SF-12) را تکمیل نموده بودند، انجام شد. ارزیابی ارتباطات بین متغیرهای جمعیتشناختی، سلامت معنوی و کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت با استفاده از روش مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری به تفکیک جنسیت انجام شد.
یافتهها: پرسشنامه سلامت معنوی توسط 1595 نفر (56/2 درصد زن و 43/8 درصد مرد) با میانگین سنی 12/5±41/3 سال تکمیل شد. در مجموع 361 نفر (22/6 درصد) مجرد بوده و 657 نفر (2/41 درصد) تحصیلات دانشگاهی داشتند. میانگین امتیاز کل سلامت معنوی و مؤلفههای شناختی/ عاطفی و رفتاری در زنان به طور معنیداری بالاتر از مردان بود (p<0/001). علاوه بر این میانگین امتیاز کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در مردان نسبت به زنانِ مورد بررسی در تمامی ابعاد بالاتر بود (p<0/001). شاخصهای برازش مدل مفهومی مورد آزمون برای مردان و زنان مقادیر قابل قبولی را نشان داد. ارتباط مستقیم معنیداری بین مؤلفه شناختی/ عاطفی سلامت معنوی با بعد روانی کیفیت زندگی در مردان (p<0/05 و 0/37=β) و زنان (p<0/05 و 0/21=β) وجود داشت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پیش از اجرای طرح، تمامی مشارکتکنندگان برگههای رضایت آگاهانه را امضا کردند.
نتیجهگیری: الگوی ساختاری ارتباط معنیدار سلامت معنوی با کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در زنان و مردان بزرگسال تهرانی، میتواند در مداخلات ارتقای کیفیت زندگی مرتبط با سلامت در جامعه شهری تهران مورد بهرهبرداری قرار گیرد. تعمیم نتایج حاضر، مستلزم مطالعات بیشتر در جمعیتهای مختلف به ویژه ساکنین سایر شهرها و روستاهای کشور است.
