بررسی تأثیر ارزش‌های اسلامی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران با نقش میانجی منشور اخلاقی سازمان

Abstract

زمینه و هدف: با توجه به اهمیت نقش اخلاق حرفه‌ای در توسعه سازمان و بهبود زندگی کاری، لازم است در تعیین اثربخشی و هدایت منابع انسانی به رعایت اصول اخلاق حرفه‌ای در سازمان توجه شود. از این رو پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تأثیر ارزش‌های اسلامی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران با نقش میانجی منشور اخلاقی سازمان انجام شده است.

مواد و روش‌ها: این پژوهش، از لحاظ هدف یک پژوهش کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی (پیمایشی) می‌باشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش تمامی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان‌های دولتی شهر زنجان را شامل می‌شود. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه است که روایی محتوا و پایایی آن (با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ) تأیید شد. برای سنجش متغیر اخلاق حرفه‌ای از پرسشنامه قاسم‌زاده و همکاران (1393 ش.) و برای دو متغیر دیگر از پرسشنامه محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد. برای آزمون فرضیه‌ها از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: طبق یافته‌ها، ارزش‌های اسلامی بر اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران و منشور اخلاقی سازمان، تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. از طرفی رابطه معناداری بین منشور اخلاقی سازمان و اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران مشاهده شد. همچنین نقش میانجی منشور اخلاقی سازمان در رابطه بین ارزش‌های اسلامی و اخلاق حرفه‌ای پرستاران تأیید شد.

ملاحظات اخلاقی: در هنگام جمع‌آوری داده به پاسخگویان اطمینان داده شد که نظرات آن‌ها محرمانه خواهد ماند و فقط در تحلیل‌ها استفاده خواهد شد.

نتیجه‌گیری: رعایت اصول اخلاقی در کار پرستاری به بهبود خدمات پرستاری منجر می‌گردد. نتایج مطالعه نشان داد، چنانچه پرستاران، ارزش‌های اسلامی را هنگام ارائه خدمات در نظر داشته باشند، ارزشمندی و اهمیت کار آن‌ها بیشتر مورد توجه قرار خواهد گرفت.
