Abstract
مقدمه: مواجه مکرر پرستاران با شرایط دردناک و رنجآور بیماران باعث نوعی خستگی از شفقت به بیماران میشود که میتواند علاوه بر آسیبهای روانی، پیامدهای نامطلوبی همچون افت کیفیت و برآیند مراقبت از بیماران را به همراه داشته باشد، لذا پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین میزان خستگی از شفقت به بیماران در پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه صورت گرفته است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر مطالعهای توصیفی ـ مقطعی بوده که بر روی 260 پرستار شاغل در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه شهر کرمان صورت گرفته است. واحدهای پژوهش به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه 30 سؤالی فیگلی بوده که روایی و پایایی آن توسط محقق تأیید شد. دادهها پس از جمعآوری توسط نرمافزار 16 SPSS و با استفاده از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین خستگی از شفقت به بیماران در پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه 0/7±3/35 (کل 5-0) بود. ارتباط آماری معنیداری بین خستگی از شفقت به بیماران و متغیرهای سن، جنس، تعداد سالهای خدمت، و نوع بخش مشاهده شد (0/05<P).
بحث و نتیجهگیری: سطح متوسط این پدیده و تأثیرات منفی که میتواند بر روی پرستاران داشته باشد، بر لزوم اقدامات و راهکارهایی همانند آموزش پرستاران، و بررسی و رفع علل آن با توجه به شرایط خاص بخشهای ویژه دلالت دارد.
