ملاحظات اخلاقی انتقال ژن به سلول‌های زایای انسان

Abstract

در حال حاضر، دانش ملاحظات دقیق اخلاقی مرتبط با تغییرات ژنتیکی، در دسترس نیست. رسیدگی به مسائل اخلاقی ناشی از این تغییرات، مورد اندیشه و قضاوت متخصصین و افراد صاحب‌نظر قرار گرفته است. سلول‌های زایا در انسان، به اسپرم، تخمک و سلول‌های قبل از تمایز و مراحل اولیه دوره رویانی اطلاق می‌شود. انتقال ژن به سلول‌های زایای انسان به منظور تصحیح نقایص ژنتیکی و درمان بیماری مورد نظر، در نسل‌های بعدی فرد بیمار انجام می‌شود. همچنین می‌تواند به قصد اصلاح و یا به‌نژادی، به‌سازی و تقویت ژنتیکی و توان‌افزایی انجام شود. پیروان ادیان مختلف از جمله مسیحیان، یهودیان و مسلمانان بر اساس مبانی و دستورات دینی خود عقاید متفاوتی مبنی بر انتقال ژن به سلول‌های زایای انسان دارند. انتقال ژن به سلول‌های انسان به ویژه سلول‌های زایا، با هدف تقویت ژنتیکی در نسل‌های آینده، ملاحظات اخلاقی مهم و متعددی را می‌طلبد. در این مقاله مروری ملاحظات اخلاقی مرتبط با انتقال ژن به سلول‌های زایای انسان به طور مختصر بیان شده است.
