آگاهی پرستاران از مسائل اخلاقی و حقوقی مراقبت از بیماران سالمند

چکیده
ناآگاهی پرستاران از مسائل حقوقی و اخلاقی مراقبت از سالمندان، باعث آسیب جسمی و روحی سالمندان میشود. این مطالعه با هدف بررسی میزان آگاهی پرستاران از مسائل اخلاقی و حقوقی مراقبت از سالمندان شهر کاشان در سال 1392 انجام شد. یک مطالعه مقطعی روی 200 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر کاشان انجام شد. ابزار مطالعه، محقق ساخته بود و علاوه بر مشخصات فردی، دارای 25 سؤال مربوط به مسائل اخلاقی ـ حقوقی مراقبت از سالمندان و یک سؤال مربوط به مهمترین علل خطاهاي اخلاقی پرستاران در مراقبت از سالمندان بود. دادهها توسط آزمونهای من ویتنی و کروسکال والیس تجزیه و تحلیل شد. در مجموع دانش پرستاران از مسائل اخلاقی و حقوقی مراقبت از سالمندان کمتر از حد مطلوب بود. تفاوت معناداری بین دانش پرستاران در زمینه مسائل اخلاقی و حقوقی مراقبت از سالمندان با تحصیلات کارشناسی و کارشناسی ارشد (0/001=p) و داشتن یا نداشتن سابقه آموزش در حیطه مراقبت از سالمندان (0/001=p) دیده شد. با توجه به اینکه مراقبت استاندارد در سایه آگاهی مناسب پرستار صورت میگیرد، پیشنهاد میشود که آموزشهای لازم، به صورت برگزاری کلاس، کارگاه و برنامههای بازآموزی انجام گیرد.
