تخصیص منابع مالی نظام مراقبت سلامت: دیدگاه اخلاقی

چکیده
کلیه نظامهای مراقبت سلامت در دنیا با مشکل محدودیت منابع مواجه هستند، لذا تخصیص عادلانه منابع از چالشهای مهم هر نظام سلامت و بخش اصلی در فرآیند تصمیمگیری محسوب میشود. جهت برقراری عدالت در نظام مراقبتهای سلامت و تخصیص عادلانه منابع نیازمند بکارگیری معیارهای اخلاقی در توزیع منابع هستیم. این مقاله با هدف مروری بر روشهای تخصیص منابع مالی نظام مراقبتهای سلامت از دیدگاه اخلاقی تدوین شده است. با استفاده از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی (PUBMED و Google Scholar) همچنین کتب و مقالات، به بررسی روشهای مورد استفاده جهت تخصیص منابع مالی نظام مراقبتهای سلامت پرداختیم. به نظر میرسد ترکیب مناسبی از شاخصهای جمعیت، مرگومیر، هزینههای اضافی مربوط به مناطق دورافتاده و روستایی و شاخصهای اقتصادی اجتماعی میتواند به بهبود عدالت در تخصیص و توزیع منابع مالی نظام مراقبتهای سلامت منجر شود.
