تأثیر عقلانیت، هوشمندی و عواطف در عاملیت اخلاقی ـ حقوقی هوش مصنوعی از منظر علوم شناختی نوین

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف اصلی این مقاله مطالعه بررسی نقش عقلانیت، هوشمندی و احساسات (عواطف) به عنوان مؤلفههای ذهنی ـ فیزیکی در عاملیت اخلاقی ـ حقوقی هوش مصنوعی از چشمانداز یافتهها و دستاوردهای علوم شناختی معاصر است. منظور از عاملیت اخلاقی ـ حقوقی هوش مصنوعی، توانمندی سیستمهای دارای هوش مصنوعی جهت گزینش تصمیمگیری مستقل از انسان و مسئولیتپذیری آنها در برابر پیامدهای تصمیمات خود میباشد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع مروری است. منابع و دادههای مورد نیاز به شیوه کتابخانهای و با مراجعه به تارنماها بانکهای اطلاعاتی معتبر داخلی نظیر Civilica، Magiran و پایگاه دادههای بینالمللی نظیر Scopus، ISC از محل کتابها و مقالات سالهای 24-2009 گردآوری شده است. تعداد 72 مقاله و کتاب (67 منبع انگلیسی و 5 منبع فارسی) به عنوان منابع کلی مقاله جهت بررسی نهایی انتخاب گردیدند، سپس از میان 72 مستند، 22 منبع به طور مستقیم با یافتههای حاصل از پژوهش مرتبط هستند که در بخش یافتهها مورد اشاره قرار گرفتهاند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این پژوهش با رعایت کامل تمامی ملاحظات اخلاقی در خصوص رعایت امانتداری، صداقت اصالت متون انجام گرفته است.
یافتهها: در وضعیت کنونی بنا بر نظر غالب دانشمندان علوم شناختی، به دلیل ساختار الگوریتمی و غیر بیولوژیکی سیستمهای هوش مصنوعی و فقدان عقلانیت ماهوی و حیث التفاتی (فقدان خود، خودآگاهی، چشمانداز حاوی باورها و ترجیحات مخصوص خود)، فقدان برخورداری از هوش سیال سطح بالا، فقدان ساختار بیولوژیکی و آناتومیک سیستم عصبی ـ مغزی انسان جهت ادراک عاطفی، نمیتوان از عاملیت اخلاقی ـ حقوقی مستقل هوش مصنوعی سخن به میان آورد. در نقطه مقابل برخی پژوهشگران بر عاملیت حداقلی یا مشارکتی هوش مصنوعی باور دارند. با این وجود با پیشرفت هوش مصنوعی در زمینه مؤلفههای پدیداری و ذهنی انسان مانند (نظیر ادراک عاطفی، برخورداری از هوش سیال، برخورداری از خود و خودآگاهی)، در آینده میتوان برای آنها نیز عاملیت مستقل اخلاقی و حقوقی قائل شد.
نتیجهگیری: هرچند در وضع کنونی هوش مصنوعی فاقد تواناییهای ذهنی انسان جهت برخورداری از عاملیت مستقل است، اما با گسترش و پیشرفت این فناوری در آینده، در صورت مجهزشدن هوش مصنوعی به توانمندیهای ذهنی انسان (عقلانیت ماهوی، هوش سیال و ادراک عاطفی)، دستیابی هوش مصنوعی به عاملیت اخلاقی ـ حقوقی مستقل دور از دسترس نخواهد بود.
