مروری بر ابعاد کرامت زنان در دوران بارداری و زایمان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: کرامت انسانی، مبنای حقوق بشر و اساس درک حقوق بیماران است. با توجه به حساسیت دوران بارداری، حفظ کرامت زنان در این دوران امری ضروری است. هدف از این مطالعه، مروری بر ابعاد کرامت زنان در دوران بارداری و زایمان میباشد.
روش: مطالعه حاضر از نوع مروری ـ روایتی میباشد و روش جمعآوری اطلاعات آن به صورت جستجوی کتب و مقالات دو دهه اخیر (24-2000 م.) در پایگاههای معتبر SID، Magiran، Web of Science، PubMed و Google Scholar است.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر جنبههای اخلاقی مطالعه کتابخانهای شامل اصالت متون، صداقت و امانتداری رعایت شده است.
یافتهها: بر اساس یافتههای مطالعه، کرامت زنان باردار باید در سه بعد مورد توجه قرار گیرد: 1ـ محیط بالینی: حضور افراد متخصص در مراکز، تأمین آسایش زنان باردار، توجه همهجانبه نسبت به بیماران، دسترسی به داروها و تسهیلات و نظام رسیدگی به شکایات؛ 2ـ ارائهدهندگان خدمات: برقراری ارتباط مؤثر، پرهیز از خشونت کلامی و جسمی، نگرش مثبت و رفتار مناسب، تأمین و حفظ حریم خصوصی فیزیکی و رعایت حریم خصوصی روانی، پرهیز از تبعیض و انگ و توجه کافی به زنان باردار؛ 3ـ فرایندهای تشخیصی و درمانی: ارائه اطلاعات و مشارکتدادن به زنان باردار، احترام به تصمیم و ترجیحات زنان باردار و اخذ رضایت آگاهانه قبل از هرگونه مداخله.
نتیجهگیری: آرامش محیط بالینی، ارتقای ارتباطات مؤثر، احترام به انتخابات زنان در فرآیند تشخیص و درمان، اطلاعرسانی دقیق و شفاف و افزایش آگاهی زنان از روندهای درمانی بهبود سلامت مادران باردار را تسهیل میکند. حقوق بشر و کرامت انسانی باید در همه مراحل مراقبتهای بهداشتی رعایت شود. آموزش مداوم کارکنان بهداشتی، به ویژه ماماها به عنوان نخستین سطح مراجعه، نقش مهمی در افزایش آگاهی از ابعاد کرامت انسانی و حقوق زنان و تعهد به بهبود شیوههای مراقبتی ایفا میکند.
