رابطه بین بالندگی سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی با وجدان کاری کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: اثربخشی سازمانی وابسته به متغیرهایی مانند بالندگی و عدالت سازمانی است. از طرفی توجه به مفهوم وجدان كاری در سازمانهای بهداشتی همچون سایر سازمانها در حقیقت نگاهی اخلاقی و انسانی به مقوله كار است که خود تحت تأثیر عوامل مختلف قرار دارد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بالندگی سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی با وجدان کاری کارکنان مراکز بهداشتی انجام گرفت.
روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. 197 نفر از کارکنان شبکه بهداشت شهرکرد به روش در دسترس در سال 1398 انتخاب و مورد مطالعه قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از سه پرسشنامه استاندارد بالندگی سازمانی، عدالت سازمانی و وجدان کاری جمعآورى گردید. آمار توصیفى و تحلیلی (ضریب همبستگى پیرسون و آزمون رگرسیون) و نرمافزار SPSS 16 جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه توسط کمیته اخلاق تأیید شده است. ملاحظات اخلاقی نظیر تکمیل فرم رضایت آگاهانه کتبی، مشارکت داوطلبانه، توضیح اهداف تحقیق و اطمینان در مورد محرمانهبودن اطلاعات رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد بین میانگین نمره بالندگی سازمانی و عدالت سازمانی با وجدان کاری کارکنان بهداشت ارتباط معنیدار وجود دارد (001/0p<). ارتباط بین میانگین نمره بالندگی سازمانی با وجدان کاری (711/0r= و 001/0p<) و میانگین نمره عدالت سازمانی با وجدان کاری کارکنان همبستگی مثبت معنیداری وجود دارد (701r= و 001/0p<).
نتیجهگیری: تقویت عدالت سازمانی با به کارگیری قوانین و دستورالعملهایی موجب افزایش عدالت و رعایت انصاف در بین همکاران میگردد. علاوه بر این ﭘﺮورش بالندگی سازمانی کارکنان بهداشتی، پایه و اساس محکمتری برای بروز وجدان کاری کارکنان خود به وجود آورند.
