دیسترس اخلاقی در عملکرد بالینی پرستاران: یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی

چکیده
دیسترس اخلاقی پدیدهای شایع در حرفه پرستاری است که میتواند زندگی کاری پرستاران را تحت تأثیر قرار داده و تأثیرات متفاوتی را بر کارکنان، بیماران و سازمانهای بهداشتی داشته باشد. مطالعه توصیفی حاضر جهت بررسی دیسترس اخلاقی در 220 نفر از پرستاران بیمارستانهای آموزشی شهر بیرجند با استفاده از پرسشنامه دیسترس اخلاقی کورلی صورت گرفته است. این پرسشنامه 21 سؤالی پس از ترجمه مورد روایی و پایایی قرار گرفته و روایی آن به صورت 88 درصد و پایایی آن (آلفای کرونباخ) 93 درصد محاسبه شد. نتایج به دستآمده حاکی از آن است که میانگین شدت دیسترس اخلاقی در واحدهای مورد پژوهش 2/25 (ازکل 5-0) و میانگین تکرار آن 2/11 (از کل 5-0) بوده است. بین دیسترس اخلاقی و ویژگیهای دموگرافیک افراد همانند نوع بخش محل خدمت رابطه معنیداری وجود داشته است (0/05>P)، ولی این ارتباط با نوع استخدام و جنس پرستاران معنیدار نبوده است (0/05<P). با توجه به بالاتربودن سطح شدت دیسترس اخلاقی در پرستاران توجه هرچه بیشتر در جهت آشنایی آنها با این پدیده و علل پیدایش آن بایستی مورد توجه قرار گیرد.
