بررسی همبستگی حساسیت اخلاقی و حمایت از بیمار در پرستاران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: حساسیت اخلاقی به عنوان سنگبنای اخلاق در پرستاری، زمینهای را فراهم میکند تا پرستاران بتوانند مراقبت مؤثر و اخلاقی از بیماران به عمل آورند. یکی از مصادیق مراقبت اخلاقی، توجه به حقوق بیماران و حمایت از ایشان است. مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسی همبستگی حساسیت اخلاقی و حمایت از بیمار در پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در شهر ساری انجام شد.
روش: این مطالعه مقطعی بر روی 140 پرستار شاغل در بخشهای داخلی، جراحی و ویژه بیمارستانهای وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران در شهر ساری در فاصله دیماه سال 1400 الی اردیبهشت 1401 انجام شد. نمونهگیری به صورت تصادفی ساده بود. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامههای حساسیت اخلاقی Lutzen و همکاران و پرسشنامه حمایتهای حفاظتی خدمات پرستاری Hanks استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای توصیفی و ضریب همبستگی پیرسون در نرمافزار SPSS 16 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مطالعه، اصول اخلاقی شامل حفظ محرمانگی، اخذ رضایت شخصی و آزادبودن شرکتکنندگان در همکاری یا عدم همکاری در روند مطالعه، رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره حساسیت اخلاقی 39/7±04/69 و حمایت از بیمار 83/13±71/154 بود که هر دو در حد متوسط بودند. حساسیت اخلاقی و حمایت از بیمار دارای همبستگی مثبت و معنادار بودند (573/0=r و 01/0P<). نتایج آزمون رگرسیون نشان داد حساسیت اخلاقی 3/57 درصد واریانس متغیر حمایت از بیمار را تبیین میکند.
نتیجهگیری: حساسیت اخلاقی و حمایت از بیماران در پرستاران در حد متوسط بوده و بین این دو ارتباط مثبت و معنیداری وجود داشت. جهت ارتقای پیامدهای مثبت در بیمار، رسیدن به مراقبت مطلوب و عمل به عنوان مدافع بیمار، توجه به حساسیت اخلاقی در پرستاران ضروری میباشد. همچنین توجه به راهکارهای افزایش حساسیت اخلاقی قابل توجه و الزامی به نظر میرسد.
