تأثیر اخلاق سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی و زیرساختهای فناوری اطلاعات بر عملکرد سازمان با نقش میانجی سرمایههای فکری

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر توانمندسازی مدیریت دانایی (ساختارها و زیرساختهای فناوری و اخلاق سازمانی) و سرمایههای فکری بر عملکرد سازمانی است. به بیان دیگر پژوهش حاضر به دنبال یافتن این است که سرمایههای فکری و مدیریت دانایی چقدر میتواند در حوزه عملکرد سازمانی تعیینکننده باشد.
روش: تحقیق حاضر توصیفی ـ پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق را کارکنان این سازمان تشکیل دادهاند که تعداد آنها 700 نفر در نظر گرفته شده است. با استفاده از فرمول کوکران 248 نفر جهت نمونه انتخاب شدند. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد جمعآوری شد و با استفاده از روش مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرمافزار LISREL 8 مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این پژوهش موازین مرتبط با اصول اخلاقی همچون محرمانهبودن، رضایت شخصی و آزادبودن شرکتکنندگان در همکاری یا عدم همکاری در روند پژوهش، رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان داد تمامی ابعاد توانمندسازی مدیریت دانایی (اخلاق سازمانی، زیرساخت فناوری و ساختار سازمانی) بر عملکرد سازمان تأثیرگذار است و سرمایههای فکری نیز در این رابطه نقش مثبتی ایفا میکنند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به یافتههای پژوهش به منظور ارتقای مدیریت دانایی (اعم از اخلاق سازمانی، ساختار سازمانی و زیرساختهای فناوری) پیشنهاد میشود استراتژیها و برنامههای سازمان با شناوری بالا طراحی کنند که کارکنان فرصت خلق دانش را داشته و به کارکنان آموزشهای لازم بابت رفتارهای مثبتی که به خلق دانش منتهی میشود، داده شود و برای کارکنان پاداش در نظر گرفته شود.
