شناسایی شاخصهای مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران دربرگیرنده شاخصهای مختلفی، از جمله قانونگرایی، مسئولیت اخلاقی، توسعه ارتباطات، رهبری سازمانی، امور مالی و اداری، نوآوری میباشد. این موضوع، از جمله مباحث مهم در حوزه اخلاق سازمانی میباشد، با درک این مهم پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسایی شاخصهای مسئولیتهای اجتماعی مدیران در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی انجام شد.
روش: این مطالعه یک تحقیق آمیخته (کیفی ـ کمی) است. در بخش کیفی از روش تحلیل محتوای کیفی با رویکرد استقرایی و در بخش کمی از روش توصیفی ـ پیمایشی بهره گرفته شد. مشارکتکنندگان در بخش کیفی خبرگان، اعضای هیأت علمی و مدیران دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی و جامعه آماری در بخش کمی شامل کارکنان دانشگاه علوم پزشکی مازندران بودند. نمونهگیری در بخش کیفی هدفمند و از طریق مصاحبه با 19 نفر از خبرگان انجام شد. در بخش کمی از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی از نوع طبقهای استفاده شد. 289 نفر از کارکنان به عنوان نمونه آماری جهت بررسی انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری دادهها در بخش کیفی شامل مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محققساخته بود. روایی و پایایی ابزارهای گردآوری دادههای پژوهش مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از طریق تحلیل عاملی تأییدی در نرمافزار SPSS 22 و Lisrel انجام شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رعایت صداقت و امانتداری، توضیح اهداف پژوهش برای مشارکتکنندگان و اطمینان از رعایت محرمانگی اطلاعات، از جمله اصول اخلاقی این مطالعه میباشد.
یافتهها: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش شاخصهای مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی شامل هشت شاخص مسئولیت قانونگرایی، مسئولیت اخلاقی، مسئولیت ارتباطی، مسئولیت سازمانی، مسئولیت اداری، مسئولیت مالی، مسئولیت نوآوری، مسئولیت عمومی میباشد.
نتیجهگیری: شاخصهای مسئولیت اجتماعی مدیران به عنوان یک راهبرد مدیریتی میتواند مورد استفاده مدیران در دانشگاههای علوم پزشکی قرار گیرد.
