عناصر و ساختار برنامهی درسی اخلاق پزشکی

چکیده
برنامهی درسی اخلاق پزشکی یک حوزهی معرفتی و حرفهای میان رشتهای است که تمام مؤلفههای لازم برای کسب مهارتها و صلاحیتهای اخلاقی دانشجویان را تبیین میکند. هدف از این مطالعه انجام یک مرور نظامند در مورد عناصر و ساختار برنامه درسی اخلاق پزشکی مبتنی بر تجارب بینالمللی است. در این مطالعه با روشی نظامند براساس یک پروتکل جستجوی چندمرحلهای به ارزشیابی مقالات مرتبط با برنامهی درسی اخلاق پزشکی در مطالعات بینالمللی پرداخته شده است. در تلخیص و ترکیب دادههای استخراج شده از مقالات، 6 مضمون شناسایی گردید؛ این مضامین عبارتند از:
1. تلفیق رویکرد آموزش نظری و کاربردی
2. اهداف آموزشی چند بعدی
3. انتخاب محتوایی فراگیر
4. سازماندهی ترکیـبی
5. راهبرد آموزش ترکیـبی
6. ارزشیابی جامـع. براساس
یافتههای این مطالعه، یک رویکرد تلفیقی برای برنامهی درسی اخلاق پزشکی پیشنهاد میشود. در این رویکرد ضمن آنکه به همهی ابعاد و عناصر برنامهی درسی اخلاق پزشکی توجه میشود بر ارتباط دوطرفهای بین تمامی عناصر آن تأکید میشود.
