تجارب پرستاران از آرامش و عذاب وجدان در هنگام مراقبت: مطالعه پدیدارشناسی

چکیده
سابقه و هدف: پرستاران مسؤولیت دارند تا برای پیشبرد روشهایی دسترسی به مراقبت ایمن، مطلوب و با کیفیت، تلاش نمایند. اجبار حرفهای و تضاد وجدانی در پرستاران منجر به عذاب وجدان میشود. تجارب پرستاران از واکنش آنها به رفتارهای موافق و مخالف وجدان، میتواند به فهم معنی واکنش وجدان کمک کند.
مواد و روشها: پژوهش پدیدارشناسی با شرکت 9 پرستار بالینی داوطلب انجام شد. مصاحبههای بدون ساختار، همزمان ضبط شده و سپس از نوار استخراج شد. جهت تحليل دادهها از روش کولایزی استفاده شد. جهت تأیید صحت دادهها از ملاکهای مقبولیت، تاییدپذیری، اعتمادپذیری و انتقال پذیری استفاده گردید.
یافتهها: با آنالیز مستمر دادهها و تحلیل دست نوشتههای حاصل از مصاحبهها پیرامون تجارب و باورهای پرستاران در مورد واکنش وجدان، مضامین آرامش شامل: زیرطبقات آرامش، خوشحالی و رضایت، و عذاب وجدان شامل زیر طبقات: احساس گناه، ناراحتی، درگیری فکری، داشتن حالت خودخوری، و عکسالعمل شامل زیرطبقات: بروز دادن، جبران و عدم تکرار پدیدار شد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: پرستاران در تجارب خود در هنگام انجام کار موافق با وجدان اظهار آرامش و خوشحالی و هنگام کار خلاف وجدان ابراز ناراحتی و عذاب وجدان را داشتند و سعی در جبران کار خلاف وجدان داشتند.
