نقش هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی در مسؤولیتپذیری پرستاران: سهم متغیر اخلاق حرفهای

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: با توجه به نقش مهم پرستاران در ارتقای سلامت در جامعه، مسؤولیتپذیری آنها در انجام وظیفه خطیر خود از اهمیت ویژهای برخوردار و تضمینکننده شاخصهای سلامت و بهبود کیفیت خدمات پرستاری است. بر این اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی نقش هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی در مسؤولیتپذیری با نقش میانجی اخلاق حرفهای پرستاران بیمارستان ولیعصر (عج) لامرد در استان فارس انجام شده است.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه مقطعی به روش توصیفی ـ همبستگی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل کلیه پرستاران بیمارستان ولیعصر لامرد به تعداد 300 نفر بود. حجم نمونه با توجه به جامعه آماری و با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای و جدول مورگان 169 نفر در نظر گرفته شد. برای جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای هوش اخلاقی (Lnick و Kiel)، سرمایه اجتماعی (Nahapiet و Ghoshal)، مسؤولیتپذیری (Carroll) و اخلاق حرفهای (Gregory) استفاده شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از طریق روشهای آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS 25 و LISREL 8.8 انجام شد.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش نشان داد رابطه مثبت و معنیداری بین متغیر هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی با اخلاق حرفهای پرستاران وجود دارد. همچنین ضریب همبستگی بین متغیر اخلاق حرفهای و مسؤولیتپذیری (39/0r=) مثبت و معنیدار است. در عین حال با میانجیگری اخلاق حرفهای، متغیر هوش اخلاقی و سرمایه اجتماعی میتوانند مسؤولیتپذیری پرستاران را پیشبینی کنند.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: درباره اهداف پژوهش و محرمانگی اطلاعات به شرکتکنندگان توضیح داده شد و رضایت آگاهانه آنها اخذ گردید.
نتیجهگیری: این مطالعه نشان داد هوش اخلاقی، سرمایه اجتماعی و اخلاق حرفهای نقش مؤثری در مسؤولیتپذیری پرستاران دارند و به منظور ارتقای مسؤولیتپذیری پرستاران در کنار آموزش مسؤولیتپذیری، این عوامل نیز باید مورد نظر قرار گیرند.
