چالشهای اخلاقی کووید-19 و راهکارهای مواجهه با آن

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بلایای فراگیر و اپیدمیها، جوامع بشری را با چالشهایی رو به رو میسازند و از این میان، چالشهای اخلاقی، مهمترین و سختترین آنها به شمار میآیند. شیوع ویروس کرونا، چالشها و دوراهیهای اخلاقی متعددی برای انسانها به وجود آورده که شناخت و رفع آنها ضروری است و مهمترین آنها در این بحران، در حوزه پزشکی رخ میدهد. هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی چالشها و راهکارهای اخلاقی مربوط به حوزه پزشکی در اپیدمی کروناست.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر، مرور روایتی کتب و مقالات مرتبط به شکل هدفمند است که با استفاده از پایگاههای اطلاعاتی، جستجو و تحلیل شدهاند.
یافتهها: چالشهای شناساییشده در حوزه اخلاق پزشکی عبارتند از: 1ـ تجویز درمانهای ثابتنشده و غیر رسمی؛ 2ـ افشای ابتلای فرد به بیماری؛ 3ـ کمبود امکانات و منابع درمانی؛ 4ـ قرنطینه بیمار و عدم تماس فیزیکی؛ 5ـ هزینه درمان و بستری؛ 6ـ ترک کار توسط کادر درمانی؛ 7ـ اجبار بر قرنطینه و استفاده از لوازم بهداشتی؛ 8ـ حفظ و ترجیح منافع شخصی. راهکارهای اخلاقی مواجهه با چالشها نیز در سه بخش، دستهبندی شدهاند: 1ـ در رفتار با بیمار: عدالت در توزیع خدمات و امکانات درمانی، ملاطفت با بیمار؛ 2ـ در رفتار با جامعه: حفظ سلامت اجتماعی، وحدت و همدلی؛ 3ـ در رفتار با خود: خود مراقبتی و حفظ سلامت فردی.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: ضمن رعایت امانتداری در تحلیل، گزارش متون و استناددهی، تلاش گردید تا انتشار نتایج به دور از هرگونه سوگیری انجام پذیرد.
نتیجهگیری: این تحقیق نشان میدهد که مقابله با ویروس کرونا، با تلاشهای درمانی و رعایت پروتکلهای بهداشتی کافی نبوده و بدون شناخت چالشهای اخلاقی پیش روی کرونا در حوزه پزشکی و بدون به کارگیری راهکارهای اخلاقی مواجهه با آنها، امکانپذیر نیست، زیرا چالشهای متعددی در حیطه بهداشتی و درمانی، طی این تحقیق شناسایی شدهاند که مانع از پیشرفت حوزه پزشکی در مقابله با این ویروس میشوند. شناخت چالشهای اخلاقی و به کارگیری راههای رفع آنها توسط کادر درمانی، منجر به افزایش کیفیت خدمات سلامت و صعود روند بهبودی میشود و موجب جلوگیری از ورود فشارهای روحی و روانی بر بیمار و جامعه میگردد.
