نگرش پرستاران به مراقبت در مرحله پایان حیات در بیماران بستری در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: شناسایی و مستندسازی نگرش پرستاران به مراقبت در مراحل پایانی عمر به برنامهریزی و ادغام مداخلات لازم در جهت تصحیح آنها و ارزیابی بر اساس نقاط ضعف کمک میکند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر تعیین نگرش پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه به مراقبت از بیماران در مرحله پایان حیات بوده است.
مواد و روشها: در این پژوهش توصیفی ـ تحلیلی، مقطعی در سال 1398 از طریق تمام شماری 101 پرستار واجد معیارهای ورود به مطالعه از دو مرکز آموزشی درمانی دانشگاه علوم پزشکی گلستان مورد بررسی قرار گرفتند. از پرسشنامه روا و پایای نگرش به مراقبتهای پایان حیات فروملت (Frommelt) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 18 و آزمونهای تی مستقل، ضریب همبستگی، من ویتنی، کروسکال ـ والیس در سطح معنیداری 0/05 انجام شد.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره نگرش پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه به مراقبت از بیماران در مراحل پایان حیات 8/77±105/25 بود. 95% پرستاران نمره نگرش بالایی نسبت به مراقبت بیمار در مراحل پایان حیات داشتند. بین نگرش پرستاران بخشهای مراقبتهای ویژه به مراقبتهای پایان حیات با نوع استخدام (P-value=0/019) و سمت کاری (P-value=0/003) ارتباط معنیدار آماری وجود داشت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: کلیه اصول اخلاق در پژوهش از قبیل اخذ رضایتنامه آگاهانه و محرمانه بودن هویت فردی مشارکتکنندگان رعایت گردید.
نتیجهگیری: نگرش پرستاران بخشهای مراقبت ویژه به مراقبت از بیمار در مرحله پایان حیات مثبت بود. حساسکردن مسؤولین پرستاری از طریق آموزش به این نوع مراقبت و موظفکردن دولت به استخدام رسمی پرستاران میتواند بر نگرش مراقبتی پرستاران تأثیرگذار باشد.
