تأثیر کارگاه اصول اخلاق حرفهای بر درک دانشجویان پرستاری از رفتارهای مراقبتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: یادگیری اخلاق میتواند اثربخشی دانشآموختگان هر رشتهای را به عنوان مراقبتکنندگان افزایش دهد. بنابراین تربیت پرستاران حرفهای که قادر باشند در تصمیمگیریها و چالشهای اخلاقی به نحوی مؤثر عمل نمایند، ضروری است، لذا پژوهش حاضر با عنوان تأثیر کارگاه اصول اخلاق حرفهای بر درک دانشجویان پرستاری از رفتارهای مراقبتی انجام شد.
مواد و روشها: مطالعه حاضر از نوع نیمه تجربی با دو گروه آزمون و کنترل بوده است. جامعه مطالعه شامل کلیه دانشجویان پرستاری ترم 6 دانشکده پیراپزشکی فردوس و پرستاری قائن بود که به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمون و کنترل تقسیم شدند. به این ترتیب دانشجویان دانشکده فردوس (35 نفر) به عنوان گروه آزمون و دانشجویان دانشکده قائن (35 نفر) به عنوان گروه کنترل انتخاب شدند. جهت سنجش درک رفتارهای مراقبتی از نسخه ویرایششده نهایی CDI-35 (Caring Dimension Inventory 35) استفاده شد. مداخله در طی سه روز انجام شد. جمعآوری دادهها به صورت قبل و بعد از مداخله انجام شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از نرمافزار SPSS 18 آمار توصیفی و آزمونهای t تست مستقل و زوجی استفاده شد.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد که اختلاف معناداری بین میانگین نمره کل درک دانشجویان از رفتارهای مراقبتی (p=0.005) سایر زیر حیطههای پرسشنامه شامل مراقبت تکنیکی ـ حرفهای (p=0.002) و مراقبت حمایتی (p=0.02) قبل و بعد از مداخله آموزشی وجود داشت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: درباره اهداف پژوهش و رعایت محرمانگی اطلاعات به شرکتکنندگان توضیح داده شده و رضایت آگاهانه کتبی جهت شرکت در مطالعه از آنان اخذ گردید.
نتیجهگیری: آموزش کارگاهی اخلاق حرفهای باعث افزایش درک دانشجویان از رفتارهای مراقبتی شده است. بنابراین این مداخله به عنوان یکی از روشهای آموزشی مؤثر بر ارتقای درک از رفتارهای مراقبتی دانشجویان کاربرد دارد و میتوان با اجرای آن به بهبود مراقبتهای دریافتی مددجویان کمک کرد.
