ارتباط خشنودی از درآمد، ترس از خشونت و ویژگی شخصیتی وجدانیبودن با احساس خستگی در کار در پرستاران بیمارستانهای شهر آبادان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: احساس خستگی پرستاران در کار میتواند بر پیامدهای مراقبت از بیمار تأثیر گذاشته و منجر به افزایش بروز خطاها شود و هزینههای قابل توجهی به سیستم مراقبت سلامت تحمیل میکند، لذا شناسایی عوامل مرتبط با احساس خستگی پرستاران در کار ضرورت میباشد. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط خشنودی از درآمد، ترس از خشونت و ویژگی شخصیتی وجدانیبودن با احساس خستگی در کار در پرستاران بیمارستانهای شهر آبادان انجام گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: در یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ همبستگی تعداد 150 نفر از پرستاران، بیمارستانهای شهر آبادان، در نیمه دوم سال 1397 با روش نمونهگیری خوشهای دو مرحله انتخاب و مقیاس خستگی پرستاران رسولی و همکاران، پرسشنامه خشنودی از درآمد Heneman & Schwab، پرسشنامه ترس از جرم احمدی و همکاران و زیرمقیاس وجدانیبودن از پرسشنامه شخصیتی نئو ـ فرم کوتاه (NEO-FFI) را تکمیل نمودند. دادهها توسط نرمافزار SPSS 24 و با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری ضریب همبستگی Pearson و تحلیل Regression چندمتغیره تحلیل گردید.
یافتهها: پرستاران در دامنه سنی 40-31 سال، با میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی 07/6±05/35 قرار داشتند، 7/68 درصد از پرستاران زن و 3/31 درصد مرد بودند، 3/37 درصد از آنان مجرد و 7/62 درصد متأهل بودند. تحصیلات 3/89 درصد از پرستاران لیسانس و 7/10 درصد فوق لیسانس بود. سابقه خدمت پرستاران در دامنه 21-5/1 سال، با میانگین و انحراف معیار سابقه خدمت 68/4±97/10 قرار داشت. میانگین و انحراف معیار خشنودی از درآمد 49/12±27/40، ترس از خشونت 34/16±06/53، ویژگی شخصیتی وجدانیبودن 59/5±34/50 و احساس خستگی در کار 67/17±79/53 بود. بین خشنودی از درآمد (01/0>p، 49/0-=rs) و ویژگی شخصیتی وجدانیبودن (01/0>p، 32/0-=rs) با احساس خستگی در کار ارتباط منفی معنادار وجود داشت، در حالی که ترس از خشونت با احساس خستگی در کار ارتباط مثبت معنادار وجود داشت (01/0>p، 23/0=rs). 36% از کل واریانس احساس خستگی پرستاران توسط خشنودی از درآمد، ترس از خشونت و ویژگی شخصیتی وجدانیبودن تبیین گردید.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رضایت آگاهانه شفاهی از شرکتکنندگان کسب گردید و به آنان درباره محرمانگی اطلاعات، اطمینان داده شد.
نتیجهگیری: یافتهها بر نیاز به برنامهریزی برای افزایش سطح درآمد پرستاران، حمایت و پشتیابی از آنان در برابر خشونتهای محیط پراسترس بیمارستانها و گمارش پرستاران بر اساس میزان وجدانیبودن آنان به منظور کاهش احساس خستگی، دلالت دارد.
