بررسي و مطالعه تأثیر ارائه برگههای اطلاعات جراحی بر رضایت و آگاهی بیماران تحت عمل جراحی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: لازمه اخذ رضايت آگاهانه برای انجام هر مداخله درمانی، ارائه اطلاعات كافي، صحيح، مناسب و قابل فهم به بيمار میباشد. در حال حاضر فرایند اخذ رضایت آگاهانه در کشور ما پیش از اقدامات جراحی، محدود به یک برگه است و این برگه اغلب اطلاعات اختصاصی هر عمل را تشریح نمیکند. بنابراین هدف این مطالعه بررسی تأثیر ارائه برگههای حاوی اطلاعات جراحی بر رضایتمندی و آگاهی بیماران جراحی میباشد.
مواد و روشها: این مطالعه یک پژوهش نیمهتجربی میباشد که به صورت قبل و بعد انجام شده است. جمعیت مورد مطالعه بیماران تحت عمل جراحی یک بیمارستان عمومی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی تبریز در سال 1395 میباشد. نمونهگیری به روش سرشماری انجام شد و 60 نفر از بیماران انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری پرسشنامه بود که قبل و بعد از مداخله تکمیل شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 18 و آزمون تی زوجی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: میانگین نمره آگاهی بیماران قبل از مداخله ارائه برگههای حاوی اطلاعات جراحی 6/283±1/76 بود که پس از مداخله به 8/60±2/65 رسید و اختلاف معناداری بین آنها مشاهده شد (p=0.559). همچنین میانگین نمره رضایت بیماران قبل از مداخله 9/76±2/47 بود که پس از انجام مداخله به 9/87±2/02 رسید و اختلاف معناداری از نظر آماری بین آنها مشاهده نشد (p=0.001).
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح اهداف مطالعه و تأکید بر محرمانهماندن اطلاعات، رضایت شرکتکنندگان کسب شد.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه نشان داده است ارائه برگه اطلاعات جراحی تنها باعث افزایش آگاهی بیماران میشود، اما در رضایت کلی آنها تأثیر معناداری ندارد، لذا باید بهترین و مؤثرترین روش ارائه اطلاعات به بیماران با انجام مداخلات مختلف مشخص شود تا در کنار افزایش آگاهی، رضایت آنان را نیز افزایش دهد.
