ارتباط بین جو اخلاقی، استرس شغلی و رضایت شغلی پرستاران

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پرستاری حرفهای است که با تنشهای روانی و مسائل اخلاقی متعدد آمیخته است. از این رو مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط جو اخلاقی، استرس شغلی و رضایت شغلی پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام خمینی ارومیه در سال 1394 انجام گردیده است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه مقطعی ـ همبستگی، جامعه مطالعه را پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستان امام خمینی (ره) وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی ارومیه تشکیل میداد که از میان 366 نفر پرستار، 200 نفر به روش نمونهگیری سهمیهای انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای استاندارد جو اخلاقی Victor و Cullen، استرس شغلی Sutherland و رضایت شغلی Brayfield و Rothe استفاده شد. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون به وسیله نرمافزار SPSS 18 تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: پس از توضیح درباره اهداف مطالعه و محرمانگی اطلاعات، رضایت شفاهی شرکتکنندگان کسب گردید.
یافتهها: بین متغیرهای جو اخلاقی با رضایت شغلی (0/395=r) و استرس شغلی با رضایت شغلی (0/243-=r) شرکتکنندگان همبستگی معنیدار مشاهده شد (0/01>P). همچنین بین جو اخلاقی و استرس شغلی شرکتکنندگان ارتباط آماری معکوس مشاهده شد (P<0/01 ،r=-0/379). با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون چندگانه، متغیر جو اخلاقی حدود 34% از واریانس استرس شغلی و 53% از واریانس رضایت شغلی پرستاران را تبیین نمود (p<0/01).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به ارتباط مشاهدهشده، توصیه میگردد تا مدیران و مسؤولان بیمارستان، بستر لازم برای نهادینهکردن اخلاق حرفهای فراهم نموده و با ایجاد جو اخلاقی مطلوب، میزان رضایت شغلی پرستاران و کیفیت مراقبت از بیماران را بهبود بخشند.
