تنیدگی اخلاقی و ارتباط بین پزشک و پرستار

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: پدیده تنیدگی اخلاقی در محیطهای مراقبت ویژه، تأثیرات متفاوتی در روند کیفیت مراقبت داشته و در این میان ارتباط مطلوب بین اعضای تیم درمانی خصوصا پزشک و پرستار میتوان از طریق ایجاد جو اخلاقی مناسب در پیشگیری از بروز تنیدگی در پرستاران مؤثر باشد. مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین ارتباط بین پدیده تنیدگی اخلاقی و ارتباط بین پزشک و پرستار در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه استان خراسان جنوبی صورت گرفته است.
مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه 215 پرستار به روش در دسترس وارد مطالعه شدند. از پرسشنامه تنیدگی اخلاقی Corly و پرسشنامه سنجش ارتباط بین پزشک و پرستار در بخشهای مراقبت ویژه، Shortell جهت جمعآوری دادهها استفاده شد. دادهها توسط نرمافزار SPSS16 و با استفاده از آزمونهای آماری توصیفی و تحلیلی مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: رضایت شفاهی شرکتکنندگان برای شرکت در پژوهش کسب و درباره بینامی پرسشنامهها و محرمانگی اطلاعات به آنان اطمینان خاطر داده شد.
یافتهها: میانگین نمرههای شدت تنیدگی اخلاقی، تکرار تنیدگی اخلاقی و ارتباط بین پزشک و پرستار به ترتیب 0/56±3 ، 0/5±3/66 و 1/1±3/2 به دست آمد. میانگین نمره ارتباط بین پزشک و پرستار با تکرار تنیدگی اخلاقی همبستگی مستقیم داشت (r=0/34 ،P<0/05)، اما بین میانگین نمره ارتباط بین پزشک و پرستار با شدت تنیدگی اخلاقی ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده نشد (P>0/05).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نقش انکارناپذیر ارتباط مطلوب بین پزشک و پرستار در کاهش وقوع پدیده تنیدگی اخلاقی، شناخت عوامل مؤثر بر این ارتباط و همچنین ارائه راهکارهایی برای ارتقای جو اخلاقی مؤثر در جهت کاهش این پدیده ضرورت دارد.
