تبیین مفهوم سلامت معنوی در جامعه ایرانی: تحلیل مفهوم تکاملی و مرور روایتی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: سلامتی مفهومی کلنگر بوده که دربرگیرنده ابعاد جسمی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی، عاطفی، معنوی، روحی، عرفانی، باطنی، ارتباطی و شناختی است. از ابعاد یادشده، سلامت معنوی مفهومی است که کمتر درک شده و چالشهای بیشتری در مورد آن وجود دارد. هدف مطالعه حاضر تبیین مفهوم سلامت معنوی است.
روش: در این مطالعه چندروشی از روش مرور روایتی با جستجوی سه مرحلهای در پایگاه اطلاعاتی جهاد دانشگاهی تا ابتدای آذرماه 1394 درباره موضوعات مذهب، معنویت، سلامت معنوی، اعتقادات مذهبی و تأثیر سلامت معنوی بر سلامت جسم و روان استفاده شد. همچنین به منظور ارائه مدل مفهومی سلامت معنوی از روش تحلیل مفهوم تکاملی راجرز استفاده گردید.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: قواعد اخلاقی از جمله صداقت و امانتداری در تحلیل و گزارش متون جستجوشده رعایت گردید.
یافتهها: از 3136 مقاله حاصل از جستجوی مرحله اول، 16 مقاله مورد بررسی قرار گرفت که در مجموع سه مضمون کلی مفهوم سلامت معنوی و ابعاد آن، ارتباط سلامت معنوی با دیگر ابعاد سلامت و مدل مفهومی سلامت معنوی استخراج شد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: اگرچه نتایج این مطالعه تعریف اولیه از مفهوم سلامت معنوی و ابعاد آن را ارائه نمود، سلامت معنوی و زیرمجموعههای آن مفاهیمی مبهم بوده که ضرورت تحلیل و بررسی بیشتر آن به منظور تفکیک و جداساختن آنها وجود دارد. شناسایی و تعریف واضح و دقیق سلامت معنوی با اثرات مشخصشده آن و اعتقادات گسترده مردم به آن میتواند به صورت مؤثر به عنوان راهبرد مناسبی برای تأثیر بیشتر درمانها و حتی درمانهای غیر دارویی مورد استفاده قرار گیرد.
