بررسی موانع گزارش خطا از دیدگاه پرستاران شاغل در مراکز درمانی

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: خطاهای کاری از موارد غیر قابل اجتناب در تمامی مشاغل است. ارائه خدمات سلامت در مراکز درمانی نیز آمیخته با ایجاد خطر، در نتیجه وقوع خطاهای پزشکی برای دریافتکنندگان آن میباشد. از این رو، مطالعه حاضر با هدف شناسایی موانع گزارشدهی خطاهای کاری توسط پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر کرمان در سال 1393 انجام گردیده است.
روش: این مطالعه از نوع توصیفی ـ مقطعی است. جامعه مورد مطالعه عبارت از پرستاران و بهیاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای شهر کرمان میباشند. برای سنجش موانع گزارش خطای پرستاران از پرسشنامه پنج گزینهای لیکرت استفاده شد. دادهها پس از جمعآوری با استفاده از نرمافزار 17 SPSS مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: موانع عدم گزارشدهی خطاهای پزشکی توسط پرستاران به ترتیب مربوط به حیطههای مدیریتی (1/07±3/67)، پیامدهای گزارشدهی (1/08±3/56)، اخلاقی (1/03±3/51)، فرایندهای گزارشدهی (1/11±3/26) و محیطی (1/05±3/3) بود. همچنین بین میزان تحصیلات، نوع بخش، نوع اشتغال (رسمی، قراردادی، طرح) و نوع بیمارستان با عدم گزارشدهی خطا توسط پرستاران ارتباط معنیداری مشاهده نشد (0/05<P).
بحث و نتیجهگیری: یافتههای پژوهش نشاندهنده ضرورت توجه و اقدام مدیران در جهت برطرفنمودن یا کاهش موانع گزارشدهی خطا بر اساس اولویت تلاش آنان برای بهبود فرهنگ ایمنی بیمار میباشد.
