شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: شجاعت اخلاقی یک جنبه بسیار حیاتی در حرفه پرستاری است که به طور قابل توجهی بر کیفیت مراقبتهای پرستاری تأثیر میگذارد. با توجه به کمبود مطالعات در حوزه شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران در مناطق مرزی ایران و نقش حیاتی آن در مدیریت چالشهای اخلاقی بومی، این مطالعه با هدف تعیین میزان شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران شاغل در دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام گرفت.
روش: مطالعه حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی ـ مقطعی است که بر روی 300 نفر از پرستاران شاغل در بیمارستانهای آموزشی وابسته به دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان که به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای نسبتی انتخاب شدند، انجام گرفت. جمعآوری دادهها در بازه زمانی اردیبهشت تا خرداد 1405 انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه شجاعت اخلاقی Sekerka که توسط محمدی و همکاران بومیسازی شده بود، جمعآوری شد. دادهها با استفاده از نرمافزار SPSS 22 و آزمونهای تیتست مستقل، تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه (ANOVA)، توکی و رگرسیون خطی چندگانه در سطح معنیداری کمتر از 05/0 تحلیل شد.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: این مطالعه با تأیید کمیته اخلاق در پژوهش دانشگاه علوم پزشکی زاهدان انجام شد. رضایتنامه آگاهانه کتبی از شرکتکنندگان اخذ شد و محرمانگی اطلاعات آنان حفظ گردید.
یافتهها: نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد که اکثریت شرکتکنندگان زن (75 درصد) و متأهل (62 درصد) با میانگین سنی (63/8±8/38) و میانگین سابقه کاری (60/3±1/15) ﺑﻮدند. میانگین نمره شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران (24/9±۹/۷۳) بود. آزمونهای ANOVA و تیتست ارتباط معنیداری با سن (02/0=P)، سابقه کار (05/0=P)، تحصیلات (04/0=P)، وضعیت استخدامی (03/0=P) و بخش محل کار (04/0=P) نشان دادند، اما در رگرسیون خطی تنها شرکت در دورههای اخلاقی (003/0=P) به عنوان پیشبین معنیدار باقی ماند. بیشترین نمرات در ابعاد عامل اخلاقی و ارزشهای چندگانه و کمترین نمره در بعد تحمل تهدید بود. همچنین بین نمره شجاعت اخلاقی با متغیرهای جنس، وضعیت تأهل و نوبت کاری ارتباط معنیداری یافت نشد (05/0≤P).
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به اینکه میانگین نمره شجاعت اخلاقی پرستاران در سطح متوسط قرار دارد و پایینترین نمره مربوط به بعد تحمل تهدید و همچنین پرستاران غیر رسمی نمرات پایینتری داشتند، نیاز به مداخلات چند سطحی، شامل برگزاری دورههای آموزشی هدفمند، تقویت حمایت سازمانی، ایجاد امنیت شغلی برای پرستاران غیر رسمی و به کارگیری رهبری اخلاق محور در مدیریت بیمارستانها به عنوان راهکارهای ضروری پیشنهاد میشود. انجام پژوهشهای مداخلهای برای تعیین اثر بخشی این راهکارها توصیه میگردد.
