بررسی رابطه صفات سهگانه تاریک شخصیت و هوش اخلاقی با بیصداقتی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه لرستان

چکیده
زمینه و هدف: بیصداقتی تحصیلی به هرگونه عمل آگاهانه و با هدف فریب در ارائه تکالیف دانشگاهی گفته میشود. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی رابطه صفات سهگانه تاریک شخصیت و هوش اخلاقی با بیصداقتی تحصیلی در دانشجویان دانشگاه لرستان است.
روش: روش پژوهش زمینهیابی از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی است. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانشجویان مقطع کارشناسی دانشگاه لرستان در سال تحصیلی 04-1403 بود. از میان جامعه آماری تعداد 250 دانشجو به روش نمونهگیری طبقهای نسبی به عنوان نمونه پژوهش انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمعآوری دادهها از پرسشنامههای صفات سهگانه تاریک شخصیت (Jonason and Webster, 2010)، هوش اخلاقی (Lennick and Kiel, 2011) و بیصداقتی تحصیلی (McCabe and Trevino, 1997) استفاده شد. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند متغیره به روش گام به گام در نرمافزار SPSS 26 انجام گرفت.
ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر ملاحظات اخلاقی مانند مشارکت داوطلبانه، رضایت آگاهانه، محرمانهبودن اطلاعات و خروج از مطالعه بدون هیچ پیامدی برای شرکتکنندگان رعایت شده است. شرکتکنندگان در پاسخدادن به پرسشنامهها آزاد بودند.
یافتهها: یافتهها نشان داد بین صفات سهگانه تاریک شخصیت با بیصداقتی تحصیلی رابطه مثبت و معنادار، ولی ضعیف (P<0/001) ،22/0r=) و بین هوش اخلاقی با بیصداقتی رابطه منفی (, p<0/0544/0-r=) معناداری وجود دارد. نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که صفات سهگانه تاریک شخصیت و هوش اخلاقی قادرند 41 درصد از واریانس بیصداقتی تحصیلی را تبیین کنند.
نتیجهگیری: با توجه به نتایج مطالعه حاضر میتوان نتیجه گرفت که صفات سهگانه تاریک شخصیت و هوش اخلاقی در بیصداقتی تحصیلی دانشجویان نقش ایفا میکنند، لذا پیشنهاد میشود که مراکز مشاوره و بهداشت روان دانشگاهها با برگزاری کارگاههایی، دانشجویان را در رابطه نقش متغیرهای صفات سهگانه تاریک شخصیت و هوش اخلاقی بر بیصداقتی تحصیلی آگاه سازند.
